Pokawa is a chain of healthy restaurants with Hawaiian DNA that was born in France by 2 adventurers: Maxime Buhler and Samuel Carré. Today, Pokawa has more than 100 restaurants spread between France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain, Martinique and Belgium!
The common objective of these Barakawas is to delight its customers with a gourmet, fresh and healthy dish. Yes, you guessed it, we're talking about the Poké Bowl. Halfway between chirashi and ceviche, the poké bowl consists of marinated raw fish, fresh fruits and vegetables, all placed on a base of vinegared rice.
