Covering an area of 290 m2, the Factory & Co restaurant in Val d'Europe is distinguished by its "industrial chic/loft" architectural identity made in New York: metal suspensions, exposed piping, walls in old bricks or decorated with white tiles , wood and New York wallpaper. Transparency is the watchword: thus, you have a direct view of the kitchen and especially the pastry.
