This service offered in all H&M stores allows customers to return any item of clothing or textile, regardless of its used condition and regardless of the brand. The clothes collected are then taken care of by the company I:CO, a partner of H&M, which has the necessary infrastructure to give them a second life. They are sorted according to many criteria, to then be either worn again, reused as a rag, recycled or used to produce energy. Present your bag of clothes to be recycled at the checkout to receive your discount voucher.
