1 Shop in participating stores: click here to see the list. (If you need more information go to the reception desk - 1st Floor in front of Volga Entry)

2 Combine your receipts : at least 100,01€ 

3 Visit our welcome desk the same day or until 3 days after your first purchase

4 Show the original copy of your passport

5 Your tax free form will be issued and handed to you 

6 Validate your form at the customs office when you leave the U.E

7 Track your refund at www.globalblue.com
