The Factory & Co restaurant, located in the middle of the Val d'Europe catering center, welcomes you in a warm atmosphere and offers you a
gourmet and balanced, with New York products made 100% by hand, the same day by bakers and pastry chefs.
You will enjoy wonderful bagels (7 varieties, in sandwiches or burgers), gourmet salads, fresh fries, creamy cheesecakes, muffins and generous cookies, but also smoothies and instant milk shakes... Covering an area of 290 m2, the Factory & Co restaurant in Val d'Europe is distinguished by its "industrial chic/loft" architectural identity made in New York: metal suspensions, exposed piping, walls in old bricks or decorated with white tiles , wood and New York wallpaper. Transparency is the watchword: thus, you have a direct view of the kitchen and especially the pastry.
